Lumin Digital, a leading fintech company specializing in digital banking solutions, hosted its inaugural, two-day User Group meeting with more than 30 clients at its San Ramon headquarters. The purpose of the meeting was to share advanced technology strategies in digital banking, provide product demonstrations, and facilitate a platform to discuss key banking topics impacting the industry today.
While the event’s primary focus was to engage with Lumin clients, panelists and attendees also discussed the overall future of the banking industry, as the Federal Reserve has already hiked interest rates five separate times in 2022 alone. Other critical strategy discussions centered around innovation, user experience, and emerging and disruptive technologies.
“It’s been a wonderful opportunity to network with other users and exchange helpful tips and tricks for managing our digital banking ecosystems,” said Delynn Byars, senior VP of Marketing for First South Financial Credit Union. “I have to say, it’s probably made us fall in love with Lumin’s product even more because we now have this set of cohorts that we can go to and ask, ‘So what are you guys doing with next best actions’ or ‘how are you deploying this feature?'”
