Lumin releases product features, enhancements, and updates every week, and demos all new functionality with our clients every Tuesday.
Demos are led by product managers to ensure clients can ask questions, understand the enhancements, and make recommendations for future development.
Client portal updates
The portal, accessible by all clients, is updated weekly with new product documentation, recorded weekly sprint demos, and news about upcoming Lumin-hosted or -attended events.
Monthly
Product strategy roadmap readouts
Lumin reviews the progress of product items requested, recommended, or influenced by clients. Regular communication between our clients and product leaders is essential for continued development of solutions our clients need.
Partner roundtables
Leading fintechs that integrate with Lumin’s platform present new innovations they’re bringing to market and answer client questions.
Client advisory groups
Voluntary advisory groups (8 and counting) ensure Lumin is getting recommendations for specific solution sets or hearing about pain points that need to be addressed. Product managers lead these discussions to ensure clients have access to the people building the products.
Strategy sessions with account executives (AEs)
Each client has a dedicated AE throughout their lifetime with Lumin. On a monthly basis, the client and AE meet to plan for business growth, listen to feedback, and discuss how Lumin can help solve problems.
Quarterly
Quarterly business reviews with AEs
These sessions are focused on helping the financial institution (FI) achieve its digital banking goals. AEs come prepared with a plan for how the FI can allocate and use its digital banking discretionary budgets on roadmapped items scheduled for upcoming releases.
User group meetings
Led by clients with Lumin as a participant, these meetings allow the focus to be on discussion topics and items that are top of mind across the entire client base.
