Kelley Michalik, chief marketing officer,  recently joined Lumin Digital as a member of the senior leadership team. Kelley is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader with a strong track record in brand marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies. She lives with her husband and three children in Chicago, Illinois. Much of their free time is spent watching them do what they love at dance competitions, travel baseball, and football games.

Q: Why did you join Lumin? What excites you about the opportunity?
It’s exciting to work for a company that’s truly different by design. As marketing professionals, we’re often asked to highlight something special about a product and are limited to talking about a future-state vision or a particular use case. Here at Lumin, we have the opportunity to share real results and real client stories. We are making an impact. We have an NPS that’s over 80 (in our category, over 50 is considered exceptional), and our dedication to doing what’s right for our clients, customers, stakeholders, and employees is evident in everything we do. I’m honored to be part of the team.


Q: How has your previous experience prepared you for this role?
I’ve had the privilege of working at several B2B SaaS organizations where our clients have served end consumers; therefore, my role has often been that of a B2B2C marketer. I have a passion for building high-performing teams adept at driving programs that highlight how our solutions and products help clients serve their customers better and, ultimately, help them achieve their strategic goals. And that’s exactly what we can do here at Lumin.
