The mission
Langley envisioned a self-serve digital banking experience that would make saving and budgeting easier and encourage growth in active users, new product adoption, and increased wallet share.
The obstacles
The credit union’s early modern banking platform was unreliable due to frequent outages and loss of functionality. Updates to the system posed significant challenges that were undermining member trust and satisfaction.
The solution
