Indiana-based Interra Credit Union began in 1932 when seven local visionaries, along with businessman Edward Feiling, came together to form Elkhart County Farm Bureau Credit Union. Opening with just $19.50, that initial deposit has grown to $1.6 billion and is now known as Interra Credit Union. Interra has between 85-90,000 members, of whom approximately 50,000 bank online.

Challenges
Before engaging with Lumin Digital, Interra experienced many pain points, such as old technology, poor customer service, and lagging innovation. The organization saw the need to keep pace with rapidly evolving technology, especially to enhance the banking experience for its members.

After deciding to proceed with modernization, the sales process began. “Sales experiences can be hurried, impersonal, and all about the close,” says Candace. “The sales process was smooth and personalized.
