Lumin Digital Listed Among Top U.S. Businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces

San Ramon, Calif. — May 10, 2022 – Inc. Magazine today revealed that Lumin Digital, a PSCU company, has been named to the magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for 2022. This award recognizes U.S. companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual workspace. After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees.

Since its founding in 2016, Lumin Digital has built a unique employee culture that has resulted in an impressive employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94.4. With this score, Lumin Digital ranks as one of the top companies in its space to work for. Lumin’s ranking on this list is supported by data gleaned from an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking. Lumin scored a 96.2 out of a 100-point scale as part of the survey process, and 97% of survey participants responded as being ‘highly engaged’ within the company.

“It’s been proven time and time again that the companies that thrive are the ones that enable their employees to think big, work cooperatively, and feel valued. That has always been a priority at Lumin Digital,” said Jeff Chambers, founder and CEO of Lumin Digital. “When an employee is trusted, respected, and appreciated, everything they do is infused with purpose, energy, and enthusiasm. This award validates the culture we created and reinforces the need to put our employees first when designing, building and developing great products for our clients.”

“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
